Shipping Policy and Processing Times
We base our shipping charges on the cost to us as estimated by FedEx or Postal Service. To make sure you get an early delivery, we’ll do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we can’t and we need to send you more than one shipment, we’ll place the unavailable items on back order. Please let us know if you don’t want back orders! Overnight deliveries require a signature. For all other methods of delivery, we recommend someone is available to accept the package. Here’s some other helpful information.
Jennys Western Products strives to process orders for in-stock items within 2 working days of receiving your order (Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays excepted).
Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization or other credit terms in good standing. Please refer to our Credit Card Authorization and Charge policy below.
International shipping is provided for business owners only. We cannot drop ship to destinations outside of Brisbane.

Shipping and Destination Policies
Shipping times are approximate and may very for reasons beyond our control.
A business day is Monday through Friday.
Orders are delivered Monday through Friday. Overnight delivery may allow Saturday delivery. Sorry, delivery isn’t available on holidays.
Returned packages must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D’s.
Credit Card Authorization and Charge Policy
Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization.
When you place an order, we will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the funds are available.
Pre-authorization charges may appear as if you have been charged. With some credit cards, the funds become unavailable, but the account is not debited until the order ships.
If the order is cancelled for any reason, the time it takes for the hold on your funds to be released depends on the issuer of the card (usually 2-5 business days).
We always try to ship your order completely. Sometimes, an item becomes unavailable. If this happens while we’re processing your order, we’ll let you know. We won’t automatically make substitutions to your order. We’ll cancel the item on your order form, we won’t charge your credit card for it, and we’ll still deliver the rest of your order.
