Returns Policy

All returns of non-defective product are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We only sell products that we think are great. We want you to think so, too! If there is a defect, we’ll make things right. All Jernnys Western Products are covered under our warranty against material and manufacturing defects. If we determine that a product has a material or manufacturing defect we’ll repair it, replace it, or issue you a credit.

To return products purchased from a Jennys Western Products retailer, you can take your product with the purchase receipt back to where you purchased it, and they will be happy to help you. If that is not possible for some reason, you can call us directly at 07 5541 3883.

All items returned must be with prepaid postage. We cannot accept C.O.D. returns.

We’ll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. Returns with complete documentation will receive priority. Your credit will be posted to your Jennys Western Products account. Returns typically require 21 business days to process after they are received.

Warranty Information

In the event that a quality issue arises in the performance of your product and more than 60 days have passed, please contact us via email at or call us on 07 5541 3883. If you choose to email us, please provide us with your name, mailing address, telephone number, and the reason you wish to return the product. We will then be able to determine how to proceed. This warranty is NOT a guarantee against wear and tear.

For warranties we strongly recommend that you immediately return your product to the retailer/store where the product was purchased. If a return to the retailer/store is not possible, please contact us via email or telephone to facilitate the return. You will be given instructions on how to return your product to Jenny’s Western Products for a quality inspection.
